Lynn Walker grew up in Old Saybrook, Connecticut. The salt air has always been a consistent part of her life with many summer memories to inspire her. In her work, she is able to capture the light and magic that is a summer day.

Lynn has had two sold-out shows at Gregory Gallery in Darien, which has now moved to Old Lyme. She has exhibited at The Colley Gallery, The Mystic Maritime Museum and the BARE Exhibit at Pfizer. Other shows include the Lyme Academy of Fine Arts and the Alexey von Schlippee Gallery of Art, UCONN. Winter vacations have brought her family to St. Barthelemy and she has exhibited at La Galerie La Vielle Case, in Gustavia.

Juried shows and awards include acceptance to the National Juried Show of The Bowery Gallery in New York City, The Connecticut Women Artist Show and The Connecticut Academy of Fine Arts.
